The Workshop will highlight the existing experimental capabilities in the leading neutron scattering centres as well as available computational resources, in the field of inelastic neutron scattering and dynamics of molecules in the 1-100meV (10-1000's cm-1) range.

The Workshop aims to be an exchange of results and ideas, with both existing and future capabilities and scientific directions. Naturally, while emphasising neutron scattering based studies we will give sufficient space to optical and X-ray spectroscopy in order to understand what the whole community needs to enable insight into complex materials.

Invited speakers include
  • Andreas Borgschulte (EMPA, Switzerland)
  • Brent Fultz (California Institute and Technology, USA)
  • Sam Duyker (ANSTO, Australia)
  • Hinrich Grothe (Technical Vienna, Austria)
  • Anthony Horsewill (Univ. Nottingham, UK)
  • Wendy Queen (Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, USA)
  • Stewart Parker (ISIS, UK)
  • Sihai Yang (Univ. Nottingham, UK)
