This report describe two different topics. A major subject is a free
surface of superfluid 3He studied by electron on the surface and ions
under the surface. Transport properties of Wigner solid on the surface
has been explained by taking into account the surface texture. The
mobility of electron bubbles under the surface is carefully measured to
verify the contribution from the Andreev bound states. However, no
confirmation of such contribution is obtained. It may be possible that
such a contribution is still prevailed by bulk excitations. The
detection of Majorana fermion will be briefly mentioned.
The torsional oscillator response of solid helium is studied under
rotation. Results might imply a preferential explanation in terms of
supersolidity in a similar context of superfluidity.
