Parallel Session 1: Equality and Diversity Communications

With its 16 member states and a host state, ESO is representing and serving a largely diverse community, not only in terms of cultural backgrounds but also with respect to gender and seniority. ESO's outreach products, produced and distributed by the Education and Public Outreach Department (ePOD), ought to reflect the diversity of this community. I will review our ongoing efforts and future plans of producing outreach products that illustrate the various aspects of diversity an inclusion.
