Overview

The ferroelectric rig setup is a desktop system for probing ferroelectric properties of materials. It consists of the Precision Premier II ferroelectric tester unit and a J micro Technology Microwave Laboratory Microprobing Station.​

  • 100 points in 100 µs with direct capture, 100 points in 10 µs with interlace feature and 1000 data points in 30 seconds

  • 2 COMM channels for controlling high voltage amplifiers and 2 external 18-bit ±10V SENSOR voltage inputs​

Measurement Packages

The Premier II Ferroelectric Test System is driven by Vision Software which offers a library of 155 measurement, analysis, plotting, program control and documentation tasks. This allows the user to combine different measurement tasks with environmental controls into an automated test procedure.​
