ISIS has a formal complaints procedure in the event that users cannot resolve any problems on a one-to-one basis or through discussions.​

To make a formal complaint about ISIS, you should contact Philip King (philip.king@stfc.ac.uk) who will investigate the complaint and attempt to provide a satisfactory resolution.

If you remain unhappy with the solution or intervention is required at a higher level, the complaint will come under the jurisdiction of the ISIS Director Robert McGreevy (robert.mcgreevy@stfc.ac.uk).

Should the complaint remain unresolved, the final arbiter is the ISIS Ombudsman (the Chair of the ISIS User Committee).
