User Committee

The ISIS User Committee (IUC) represents the ISIS user community on all aspects of ISIS operations. The IUC is composed of representatives from the ISIS user community and senior ISIS management. The IUC meets twice a year, typically following the ISIS Facility Access Panel meetings (FAPs) held in June and December.

The committee seeks feedback from the user community on the operation and performance of the ISIS Facility. Users may also submit feedback at any time (see below).

You can view the IUC Terms of Reference. The Chair of the IUC serves as the final arbiter for any formal complaints concerning ISIS. This page contains details of the complaint procedure.
