Instrument Updates

Neither MAPS nor MARI will be accepting proposals in the next round as they are offline for upgrades. In addition there will be limited beamtime on GEM, due to an upgrade being planned for the end of 2017.

SXD now has a 10kN compact tensile stress rig to apply uniaxial strain/stress to single crystals – contact Matthias Gutmann for further information.
