This group of Closed Cycle Refrigerators (CCRs) allow for a faster sample change than other types of CCR because they remain in the vacuum during this process. As with all CCRs they are Cryogen free and have a base temperature between 10K and 4K. The temperature range can be extended by using a heating stage attached to the sample stick that allows sample temperatures of up to 700K.
