Terri-Louise joined ISIS in 2022 as a SANDALS instrument scientist. Her background is in chemistry and catalysis. During her PhD she used operando NMR and total neutron scattering on NIMROD to study heterogeneously catalysed reactions and confined liquid mixtures.
