​​​​​​​​Job Role:

​I am responsible for making sure the labs are clean, well stocked and operating safely. I carry out cryogenic fills for the Material Characterisation Lab. I also provide cover for checking the gas supplies to the beamlines and labs and can change gas bottles if necessary. I routinely check gloveboxes and carry out basic maintenance. I also assist with Active Sample Cupboard audits and sample shipping.​

Previous Experience: 

I have 17 years experience working in similar support roles including The Research Complex at Harwell and Warwick University.​​​
